Return Policy

Area Rugs
Within 24 hours from the date of the invoice, in its original new and good condition.

Hardwood & Laminates
No returns after 30 days from receipt of goods. 25% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns. 

Carpets
There will be a restocking fee of 30% of the order if the customer cancels the carpet order within the next business day from the date of the invoice.

Proof of Purchase
The original copy of the invoice from Floors@Work and must be signed by an Authorized Officer of the Company.

Method of Refund
We do not keep any cash on the premises and as such all refunds will be mailed out/or picked up by the customer or its representative within 7 days of the date of return. The refund cheque will be made payable to the name on the invoice.
